Exercise controls weight, combats health conditions and diseases, improves mood, boosts energy, promotes better sleep and puts the spark back into your sex life and can be fun as well.
Healthy food options outlets are coming up with use of better cooking oils, salads, fresh vegetables and less of spices etc. People have become nutritive due to constant awareness in newspapers, TV channels and radio: new restaurants are coming up with their focus being on greens, salad, olive oil and organic food.
