Six tips to manage low blood pressure during pregnancy

1. Avoid standing up quickly when you are lying or sitting down & keep breathing steadily.

2. Try lying down on your left side to increase the flow of blood to your heart.

3. Take rest to reduce fatigue and give your body time to recover.

4. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration and morning sickness.

5. Take small frequent meals all through the day that are nutrient-rich

6. Avoid hot baths/showers & wear loose clothing as much as possible.
